GRILL NOTES:

• BASICO Grills are built to order. Fabrication time can range from take 2- 7 weeks depending on current workload.

• BASICO grills are delivered fully assembled.

• Due to the robust materials used and the fire brick lined hearth base, these grills are EXTREMELY HEAVY. While the grills have casters to aid in moving into place, these grills are not considered portable grills. They are not intended to be taken up and down stairs. These grills should be carefully placed onto a smooth area with a solid foundation that can support their weight. If using in a grassy area or an area with uneven terrain, assistance will be needed to push the grill safely into position.

  • Medium: 425 lbs.

  • Medium with Brasero: 550 lbs.

  • Large: 525 lbs.

  • Large with Brasero: 700 lbs.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY:

BASICO model grills ship anywhere to the continental U.S. via LTL Freight service. LTL freight service will deliver residentially to the front of the home or driveway and unload the grill down to street level with lift gate service. The grills will arrive strapped down on a pallet and must be carefully unpacked and taken off the pallet with several people to assist.

• Freight Service does not include moving the grill to the installation area or unpacking.

• LTL freight transit times can take 1 to 10 business days depending on distance travelled and current truck scheduling.

• Local delivery to home must be scheduled between freight company and customer. Freight company will contact customer to arrange the scheduled date and time.

• Gaucho Grills is not responsible for storage fees or return fees due to customer unavailability and/or missed scheduling and appointments.

BASICO Models can also be picked up at Gaucho Grills facility free of charge. Customer to ensure that vehicle or trailer can handle the size and weight of the grill.
