GRILL NOTES:
CLASICO grill inserts may be built to order. Fabrication time can range from take 1- 6 weeks depending on current workload and part availability.
CLASICO grill inserts are delivered fully assembled.
Each Clasico Grill Insert comes with the Multi-Tool

Gaucho Grills can supply recommended counter-top and fireplace/chimney-top opening sizes that will fit each grill. Please contact us and specify which grill size and brasero option you would like, and we will email a pdf file of the grill dimensions along with the recommended opening size to you.
NOTES FOR ENCLOSED INSTALLATIONS - FIREPLACE OR CHIMNEY-TOP (IMPORTANT):
In an enclosed installation such as a fireplace or chimney-top, it will be necessary to mount your temperature control crank wheel on the outside of your base opening. Our crank wheels have the ability to be mounted on the outside of your left or right side wall with the addition of our Thru-Wall Wheel Extension Kit (Link). This extension kit can be ordered in our Accessories Section
Your side wall dimension will need to be provided for Gaucho Grills to fabricate this extension for you. This dimension can be provided by email or phone a few days prior to your grill shipment.
The shaft extension can be fabricated long if the wall size has not been determined or constructed yet. Your contractor will have to have the ability to trim the shaft down with a grinding wheel on site if this method is taken.
To review the necessary installation specifications a Thru-Wall Extension Kit installation pdf can be emailed to you upon request.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY:
CLASICO grill inserts ship anywhere to the continental U.S. and Canada via LTL Freight service. LTL freight service will deliver residentially to the front of the home or driveway and unload the grill down to street level with lift gate service. The grill inserts will arrive strapped down on a pallet and must be carefully unpacked and taken off the pallet.
LTL Freight - Continental U.S. & Eastern Canada- Price added at check out. (Please contact us for shipping costs to Western Canada.)
Flat Rate LTL Freight Shipping for all Grill Inserts: $ 99.00
(Free Pick Up and Delivery within Greater Philadelphia Area)
Freight Service does not include moving the grill insert to the installation area or unpacking.
LTL freight transit times can take 1 to 10 business days depending on distance travelled and current truck scheduling.
Local delivery to home must be scheduled between freight company and customer. Freight company will contact customer to arrange the scheduled date and time.
Gaucho Grills is not responsible for storage fees or return fees due to customer unavailability and/or missed scheduling and appointments.
Basic Freight service will be contracted by Gaucho Grills to deliver to the customer but please note that the freight company, it’s employees, and the service they provide is not directly affiliated with Gaucho Grills.
CLASICO grill inserts can also be picked up at Gaucho Grills facility free of charge. Customer to ensure that vehicle or trailer can handle the size of the grill insert.
